Dr. Bassaly is a great doctor and an even better person. I will never forget her for the times she has helped me. However, her Office Administration really went downhill in a MAJOR way starting around the Summer of 2019. I'm not sure who the woman is who runs the front but she is truly deplorable. Why Dr. Bassaly tolerates her is beyond me. I switched PCP's solely because of her. I give the 5 Star rating strictly to Dr. B!

Dr Neveen Bassaly is a treasure. She is the most genuine person that truly cares for her patients and creates an atmosphere of trust on day 1. Several years later, my lofty opinion of her has been reinforced. All referrals have been spot on. She is a trusted friend whom allies herself on your side, every time. Remarkable caregiver and friend. I am proud to have her helping me, on any and all matters brought to her.

Dr. Bassaly and her staff are THE BEST. Dr. Bassaly takes the time to understand you and what’s going on she is very caring with all that she does. The staff that Dr. Bassaly has is by far one of the best medical staffs I’ve dealt with, to caring about their patients, respectful kind and caring and very helpful. This office and the staff is truly the best.

Said they would no longer take me because I missed a scheduled appointment and three years had passed. I went off to college for the time I was gone and I missed the early train heading back when my appointment was scheduled. Left me without a doctor and a pathway when I was seeking specialized care.

I was looking for a new provider that would take my insurance and she does however because I was a Primacare patient 6 years ago, her office policy is that they won't change a patients physicians interoffice, even though I am clearly not the other Drs patient anymore, is BS. The other Dr no longer accepted my insurance which is why I left Primacare to begin with 6 YEARS AGO, and your telling me no exceptions can be made, bull, guess I can never be a Primacare patient ever again so thanks for nothing, but wasting my time.
