Dr. Mainali is the best. I didn’t want to leave my pediatrician, but I’m so happy I found her. She listens to me, she’s so kind, she always gives me multiple options depending on the situation. I also got a few friends and my parents to go to her. Everyone loves her!

This practice is not organized, beware! The office staff is very rude, I was going to be a new patient but they called me the DAY OF my appointment stating they never received my medical records from my previous doctor and that they would have to reschedule me within the next FEW MONTHS! Like, WTH I called in November and waited patiently for my appointment in January 2021 to see this "wonderful" doctor but then I got turned away the same day. Why didn't the practice call me to inform me they never received my medical records a few weeks/days ago?! Then, I would have called my original practice to follow up. When I found out that my appointment was in jeopardy of being cancelled and perhaps I would have to wait another 2-3 months for another appointment, I called my original Doctor's office to refax the medical documents to Dr. Mainali's office. Nevertheless, Dr. Mainali's office did not return my call when I left a message stating the fax is on its way today and to please call me back if my appointment is still confirmed since I am taking time away from work to go! Not professional at all! Funny how they would charge you a $50 for a 24 cancellation fee but fail to follow up on their so called "policy" which is a MUST to have in order to be a patient! I don't understand why you would turn a patient away during these unprecedented times! BTW managed to find a Virtual Doctor who will see me as soon as MONDAY. SHAME ON YOU!

I am a new patient of Dr. Mainali, since May of this yr., 2020. Dr. Mainali is very caring, intelligent & professional. She has been very thoughtful to me. I need that from a doctor. Christine Costa has also been great. Wendy Morrow came to my apt. for medicine that I needed badly for my knees.. She solved my problem. With A wonderful Dtr., A great back-up team & a very nice and comfortable office--it doesn't make you fearful-you rellax there, I think everything is going to be fine. Wonderful, caring doctor. Has been beyond useful and accessible in more than one area. Very easy to ask questions and feel comfortable. The office makes things like bloodwork very simple, it feels very new and clean, plan an extra 5 minutes for parking. Dr. Mainali has been nothing but extremely helpful in every situation.

Highky recommend DR.Mainali. she really sits and listens to all of your problems and doesnt make you feel rushed. You arent waiting and the staff here is great. Everyone seems very welcoming.
