I would highly recommend Dr. R Patel , he has operated on me twice for Bilateral Carotid Stenosis. Surgery is always a life critical decision. I am very thankful to this man.

To deal with the incompetence of the “staff” first ! To have surgery canceled (fri) due to lack of communication!!! The other Dr called who was very nice and apologized. To be scheduled for a consult today and half way there to get a call this doctor doesn’t do my type of PORT “ Tanya “ who read my papers today ??? Why wasn’t this done last week and the other doctor have this same issue ?? my PORT not working with STAT orders and I’m brushed off! Disgusting!!!!!

Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. He was highly inappropriate during the exam, apparently lost my contact information or was too lazy to call to let me know I needed to come back in for a follow up, then proceeded to break client doctor confidentiality when he got in touch with me by discussing my results in front of another patient. Front desk assistant was not helpful when I called to get my patient records and insisted on leaving them outside the building as after hours was the only time I could get them to transfer to another doctor. The admin assistant said that that was common practice for them.
