Oh my God!!! Save yourself the headache and stress!!! This office is HORRIBLE!!! And so unorganized!!! First off my Primary referred me here after not being able to breath for a couple weeks! Took 6 WEEKS to get in! Then ON the day of my appt..they call me and tell me It's been switched to a phone appt. Well?? I've never been seen, so what can he do over the phone?? I call and ask, and the person answering the phones has not a clue!! And held for 8 minutes before being disconnected! 3rd call to nurse, never called back to get my info FOR THE APPT! I finally called again and spoke with Nurse. She tells me Dr. Had Covid about a month ago. That's why the phone appt. Ok. I understand that, but could they not have called me a month ago and told me? So I could make my own decision to seek a different Dr. Instead of wait another month to NOT be seen. She gets some info (most meds) then asks me to hold for a "minute" after 8 minutes I'm transferred to someone else?? Asked to hold. Hold for ANOTHER 7 minutes, then get disconnected AGAIN!! Nurse never calls me back to get the rest of my info. They also say they never got my Xray results and My Primary Dr. Notes. Even though they were sent twice! So about an hour before phone appt. I try and call nurse back bc she still does not have all my info (you know, like my AGE and the fact that I have asmatha) I wait on hold another 10 mins. And then I hang up. So, appt is @ 3:45. At 4:30 I call to ask if Dr. Will be calling and when? (I understand running late! This isn't my first rodeo. Usually the nurse calls you to tell you "Hey, Docs running an hour behind) Again, I get to talk to some rude, uninformed person who can and will only tell me "He has until 6" over and over again..Look. I'm a SINGLE mom and caregiver to my adult daughter with Special Needs. My time is not my own. Anyway Doc calls around 4:45 SO AN HOUR LATE... short call. Trys to convince me to come for a sleep test?? Dude, I CAN'T BREATH AND MY LUNGS HURT!! He owns a sleep clinic, so trying to sell me on that! Then says "well, I'll order pulmonary test and see you in 6 weeks" WHAT??? What part of I CAN'T BREATH AND MY LUNGS HURT do you not understand??? I'm on 5 different meds for breathing. Yes, I've had a Covid test, it's Negitive! I'm calling my Insurance Co Right now to get another referral! This place is a S**t show!!!

I really appreciate all the help of Doctor Gupta Rakesh. He detected me with Sleep Apnea, I went 3 times to the Sleep Center and he recommended me the DREAMSTATION MACHINE. I'm still using it and it's awesome. Now I can sleep better, no headache and I'm sleeping longer without walking up as much. Thanks for all your help Doctor Gupta Rakesh.

Dr Gupta is a very professional doctor. His staff is exceptional, their attentiveness to details is  outstanding. From the receptionist to the medical assistance, to Dr Gupta they take time to listen to get a better understanding of the patients needs.I have severe sleep apnea and was prescribed a CPAP mask and machine. Boy that changed things! Instead of stopping breathing each night, now with my CPAP machine I enjoy a good night sleep. I recommend if your prescribed a CPAP machine, USE IT and feel the difference. I thank the doctor and his entire staff for heading me in the right direction to improve my health. Thank you

I am so pleased with the care I have gotten for my sleep apnea from Dr. Gupta. Using the CPAP mask and equipment is making a significant difference in how I feel! It can take quite a while to get everything working properly and he has been really good about working with me to get the appropriate mask. I didn't think I was a mouth breather, but I am.  Once we got that taken care of, my scores (on the software that I installed on my phone) started to improve and we are now fine tuning the type of full face mask I wear, so I can get a really good mask seal.  It hasn't been an easy process for me to master, but with Dr. Gupta's help and my committing to making it work, it has gotten much, much easier. The payoff is feeling so much better. I like Dr. Gupta. He is helpful, professional and personable. One other thing to mention - after my first sleep study, the sleep technician (I think her name was Sasha), advised me that to get the sticky stuff from the leads on my head off, I should first wash my hair with conditioner before I used shampoo. That worked perfectly and made a huge difference!

Dr. Gupta diagnosed me with sleep apnea both central and obstructive, ran pulmonary tests and two sleep studies and refered me to a respiratory therapist who set me up with a very high tech CPAP machine. I have never ever felt better after visiting Dr. Gupta! He and his staff are amazing! He is very professional and hands down the best doctor I have ever Had in all of my years. I can't thank him enough for transforming my life like he did. I never realized how sick I was. And I never thought I would ever feel this good! Thank you Dr. Gupta and staff! Before you go anywhere go to him first. You won't go anywhere else, that I can assure you. I highly recommend!

Dr Gupta has been treating our family for over 20 years. he has always been accessible, reliable and dependable in his followup as it would relate to medical issues. Office staff lacks a sense of urgency and needs to better understand that they are offering a service to the patients.

Dr Gupta is one of my best doctor I ever had. I don't care of some waiting time on his clinic as long as I got the proper medical cure.

After 3 and a half years of 5 different doctors, who would walk out of the room and call other doctors to talk about me and my case, and doctors who would not listen to ME and what I had to say, my fears, my pain,  Test on top of test, 3 and a half years of meds being thrown my way that I refused to take because of side affects and NO concrete diagnosis. 70 pounds lighter, could barely walk, could not lift a coffee cup, could not walk 1/2 a block, when I use to walk 3 to 6  miles a day.  I had massive migraines that lasted  5 days at a time, almost every other week.  I though I was dying. I finally ended in the hospital with pneumonia, where they did more test.  Spleen swollen, lymph nodes swollen, and now all the cancer test to be taken.  I did not have cancer.  went home sick...  still no answers...story continues, but to shorten this story, I finally had a pet scan and lytic lesions were found throughout my bones.  bone biopsy confirmed I had Sarcoidosis of the bone!!  NOT RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS!!!!!!! I was sent to Dr. Gupta in October of 2015, barley able to walk, I hurt every where, hands, feet headaches that were excruciating, so exhausted that I slept every free moment.  The first time I stepped foot in his office, he showed respect for me.  He had a conversation with another doctor I had seen and stayed in the office so I could hear the conversation.  He did not walk out!!  He wanted to start me on a specific med, but I was concerned and he took care of my concern, confirmed that it was not an issue in my situation, and I started taking the meds.  In one month, I was able to make Thanksgiving dinner (I had missed the last one), and I was able to dance in my kitchen with my grandkids again!  I was able to lift my granddaughter off the floor, when I couldn't lift her as a newborn a year earlier.  I had my life back and I no longer thought I was dying. I had hope!It is true, sometimes it is hard to get a quick appt. but he allows for walk-ins for his patients after 4 on Tues. and Friday at the Sun City office.  He has never turned me away, and he even got me into an ortho Dr. the next day for a fractured foot during one of these walk-ins,  when I would have had to wait days.He has a lot of patients that are willing to wait...  I am one of these patients. Oh yeah!  I love the office people, they are kind, funny and helpful. I always go to the Sun City office, except for the breathing test that I need every year or so to make sure the Sarcoid has not moved to my lungs, and Mary is just was sweet as the rest of the people at Sun City!Thank you Dr. Rakesh Gupta for hearing ME and helping keep my Sarcoid at bay and out of my lungs!!!God Bless!!

Dr. Gupta has been my primary healthcare doctor for over 12 years. I highly recommend him because of his professionalism, medical knowledge, and great bedside manner. He cares about his patients.

Don't go to the San Jacinto office!! Its always packed and the staff never do what they say there gonna do. I have literally waited for 4 hours just to find out the doc had to leave or whatever..its always a miserable experience at the SJ office.  Go to the sun city office if you have a chance. Way better staff and never to busy.  They actually do there job there.
