I have seen many Dr's. & worked with many Dr's. as I am chronically ill. My career and education is Pharmacology & Anesthesiology. I moved out of city of Boston, and needed a great Dr. to help me in my new area. I consider myself extremely lucky to have Dr. Crausman. He has helped me tremendously as a Dr., and I love him as a person. I also love his staff. I look forward to all of my appointments !

I've been a patient of Dr. Crausman for over 4 years. One of the most caring, genuine doctors I've ever interacted with. He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond for us.

I have been seeing Dr.Crausman for two years. I have a complex illness & he has helped me tremendously. The staff is courteous & attentive. It is rare to find such a caring Dr., I am grateful for him !

If you are looking for a doctor's office with a NICE staff, and an ORGANIZED doctor, then in my personal opinion, you should continue looking. THIS is NOT that doctor's office. Lisa, the office manager, and Brenda, a receptionist, are both, in my personal opinion, two of the most uncaring, and rudest individuals in the profession. The manner in which they verbally chastised and screamed at my boyfriend, who had selected their office a year prior, was, in my personal opinion, abusive. He contacted the State's Board of Physicians to complain, but then wanted to allow the doctor to have a chance to explain before doing so. Lisa, upon his arrival to explain this, lashed into him and threatened him with calling the police. NOW, it is his intention to follow through with his complaint. Dr. Crausman, in my personal opinion, needs to reconsider his choices in staffing.
