His office either needs to hire better staff or be open another day of the week. Being open 4 days a week for only 6hrs a day is just not enough for this office. This practice has gone down hill. The office staff is not pleasant, rushes you off the phone without fully hearing what you need/want. They are always passing blame on either yourself or the Dr. Every patient is always the one who “misunderstands” what was actually said. I believe I heard that about 4 times now. The Dr himself told me he canceled my appointment because he wouldn’t be in office. Yet, the office staff tells me I was wrong. Sorry, but Dr H…. You need to change some things!!

Went to my physician Dr. Tamim Hinedi with an emergency situation....said he wanted me to be seen by a specialist....on Tuesday possibly Wednesday. Never got back to me! I was waiting in agony! Neglected to tell me office was closed on Wednesday! Reached out to answering service. Took 2 hours before I had to call back to speak to him! Took my matter into my own hands ....went to ER! Very unprofessional! Was Very rude! Dropping this physician A.S.A.P! Do not recommend!
