I had mastoid surgery in January of 2019. He never prescribed an antibiotic and my ear became so infected that I ended up in the emergency department art Mass Eye and Ear. I spent the next year going back and forth due to this man’s incompetence. I would not recommend him for any reason. I gave 1 star because it doesn’t allow less.

Dr. O'Connor has been treating me, my daughter, grandson and sister for over 10 years. I am very Happy as is my family with his manors and mostly treatments.He operated on my grandson to remove tonsils and adenoids. I highly recommend him. his assistants Denise and Tara are especially professional, kind and friendly. I give them 5 stars also.

I have returned to Dr. O'Connor every six months for several years. He is a particularly good diagnostician and can tie medical things together, something that is rare these days. He's also very cordial, thorough, and professional. Since I once went to one of the "wide eyed and bushy tailed" young doctors, I do appreciate Dr. O'Connor's experience in ENT medicine.

Outstanding professional. Diagnosed my Bronchitis in less than a minute. I had seen another doctor prior to Dr. O'Connor and they said it was just a sore throat and nothing to worry about. After the pain and discomfort persisted, I saw Dr. O'Connor, who was recommended by a family friend. Thanks to him, he was able to properly diagnose my symptoms and my Bronchitis went away after a few days on the antibiotics he prescribed. His professional experience goes leaps and bounds above others.

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Connor's since mid 1980's and I've been treated well by him and his office staff. He's been on target with all my illnesses and I like and trust him. He listens to my complaints snd concerns and addresses them accordingly.I am very thankful to him, I always leave his office feeling better and that I'm on the road to recovery!

Dr. O'Connor is probably the least professional doctor and most incompetent doctor I have ever met. I'll never go back to him as a patient again, ever.

This doctor cared more about my insurance policy than addressing my medical condition. His medical care was mediocre at best and I'd say even criminal. Long story short, miss diagnosis.
