Everyone there was nice and professional except the old man that was the X-ray tech, who was rude and unprofessional. This guy has no place working with the public, it is such a shame given how nice the rest of the staff is.

My son had painful ear infection, his prescription for antibiotics was send to Falmouth CvS in another state by mistake. I noticed the mistake while we were there and asked to be fixer. Rn nurse was like thats fine. I explained that this is going to be a problem because they will not let us have the medicine . Nurse said this mistake happens all the time it will be ok. I was 100 💯 %sure it will not be ok but they did not fix the prescription. Guess what it was a big problem After 3 hours i was able to get the antibiotics after many calls to Virginia to cancel the antibiotics there so that i can pick it up here in Falmouth. That is not ok. My son was in pain and crying while i was dealing with someone’s professional mistake.

Do yourself a favor and never waste time and money with this place. I had to go there twice for a simple cough and they kept giving me wrong medication, so I had to go somewhere else to resolve the problem. they only care about charging your insurance and they want you to keep going back so they can keep charging more money, You’ve been warned.

Great service today at Falmouth urgent care Was treated thoroughly , efficiently By dr Debra Polletto, both nurses and the receptionist. It felt like I was in a concierge practice . Thanks for the amazing care . Keep up the great work and keeping Falmouth healthy

I was seen today for an injury & was Very impressed. I was welcomed by the front office staff immediately and registered. The staff took me right back to a treatment room where I was assessed by an R.N. and a PA. They ordered x-rays which were accomplished in the building and as soon as I returned to the room they had a treatment plan in place. The staff was extremely competent, kind and professional. I was in, assessed treated appropriartely & out in under an hour. I am a R.N. with over 50 years of experience and a retired nurse educator so I am quite particular regarding health care especially for myself. This facility is EXCELLENT!!!
