A massive Thank you Dr. Kothalanka. My time and medical experiences with Dr.K have been always brilliant. He has proven to be a very thoughtful, extremely intelligent Dr. who practices Honest care services. The time he has taken with me to discuss past experiences/treatments/ possible changes and so on have been remarkable. Dr. K’s medical advice and medication knowledge could blow away any Psyche that Ive had in the past, some of those Dr’s., being twice his age. A Doctor, that in my opinion has unmatchable expertise in his field and no matter how busy, has always had the consideration to make the time for all of my medical needs. You the bomb Dr. K. I cant thank you enough.

Can't say enough. Pleasant but direct, inciteful but not overbearing, caring and anxious to help. Been in counseling on and off for over 50 years and never met anyone like Kothalanka. A gift.

The best psychiatrist on Cape Cod! He acts above and beyond to advocate for his patients. As a parent of an adult A.S.D. child I've seen him bring her into the light!

Doctor K in my life has been a godsend. There are no labels with doctor K, instead of focusing on the mistakes you made in the past he does his best to help you with the problems you have moving forward. He is caring passionate and wants to help. In my opinion he is the best psychiatrist .I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I can't thank you enough for all the help that you givin me in my life so I was ready to take the next step. If You are seeking a doctor who truly cares and doesn't judge you find doctor Sam!

This Dr.is by far the best my daughter and I have had the pleasure of receiving his help.Dr.Sam greets everyone with a smile and explains everything to us and explains all medicines and side effects.You are never rushed and if need be and you are having trouble after your appointment he suggests to call him.Dr.Sam returns all his calls and keeps trying if he cannot contact you on the first call .He is extremely knowledgeable in ptsd and addiction and all aspects of physiologically.Dedicated Dr.!
