Seen her for years. She’s misdiagnosed serious symptoms and didn’t make an effort to really find out what was wrong with me

Her apathy delayed diagnosis and treatment by weeks. Thank God we had another doctor willing to do her job when she blew off my sick child.

Appalling that a primary care doctor on Cape Cod doesn't have basic knowledge of Lyme symptoms. It's bad enough to be arrogant, but to be arrogant and wrong is worse.

Dr. Prior listens to her patient. Sometimes the wait can be long, but when you are in the treatment room you never feel rushed. She answers questions or will get back to you when she finds the answer. She has even called to explain a test result herself, long after office hours.

When I went to her, she was fine. She ordered the tests I asked for. Often my calls are not returned by the staff though when they are returned they are okay. It is difficult to get an appointment to see her--she is so booked up. My insurance allows me to see a specialist without a referral, but I would like to know whom Dr. Prior might recommend. However, the staff say I have to make an appointment and see Dr. Prior to get a recommendation, but it takes forever to get to see her. So as soon as I can, I am going to find a different doctor.

Dr. Prior is patient, very kind, and takes the time to listen and respond to any questions or concerns you might have. I attribute this to the typical 10-15 min wait time as she does not rush patients through appointments, whether for regular checkups or emergency visits.

Horrible wait time. I usually have to wait ATLEAST an hour for each appointment I have. And then if you're late to the appointment the office penalizes you. Dr. Prior is nice, and warm but sometimes dismisses my concerns. She overlooked an injury I mentioned to her a few times and suggested I continue working-out with said injury. However, after a lot of pain I asked for a second opinion and the doctor confirmed the issue right away and suggested to keep off the injury.

Likes pharmacuticals solutions. Would like to see alternative, less drugs. Natural alternative. Patient suggestions/ideas.

This office seems very disorganized every time I visit. They never get my insurance correct and it takes weeks to straighten out. Dr. Prior made me feel like I was taking up her time and I felt rushed. She didn't seem like she was listening or cared. Granted they have a procedure they have to follow but they could at least make the patient feel like they have time for them. I am switching to another physician.

Dr. Prior made me feel very stupid asking questions. She made me feel belittled like nothing was wrong with me and I was dumb for coming. And as a new mom that was frustrating. I will be changing her as my primary care giver immediately.
