This is an overly commercialized practice with an unfriendly automated phone system. A phone call to schedule a visit often takes 10+ minutes and there is very little availability. I’ve changed practices to Trinity and have been able to have my physical and multiple follow ups in the time it took for this practice just to get a physical on the calendar. I’ve now been waiting on hold for 15 minutes just to cancel the appointment…

I hope Tanisha never leaves this office because she is truly a rare find. She fully listens to your concerns! I’ve been with the practice for only about 2 months so far, but the front desk staff have been great to deal with as well. I have zero complaints.

New patient of Dr Hyun Park and upon my very first visit she has taken away a medication i take on the daily because “she doesnt believe in treating patients” with the medication that ive been on for 4+ years and decided i need a psychiatrist instead.

The worst care I’ve ever experienced in my entire life, the PCP Hyun Park terminates patients without warning and cut me off of critical medications I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this place do not go here they’re aweful

My last visit was late June, and I have been to this location a number of times and the Southwick location prior to that. My appointments are with Heather McCarthy. She and her team are simply great. I was intrigued by the low ratings at this Baystate location as they in no way represent the excellent counseling, treatment and care I've been given.
