Terrible office, delays in response and follow up. Too bad as he is a good doctor outside of the above.

This office is completely unprofessional! I do like Dr. Jacobson when I have gotten to actually see him. I called this week with an urgent issue only to be told that I could have a video chat the following day and they would call back with a time. They never called so I called the next morning only to be told that they forgot to schedule and since I hadn't been in a long time, I was no longer a patient and should go somewhere else. I stated that wasn't right and insisted they keep their word for a video appt that day. I was then called back and told it would occur at 10:50, well no surprise no call, no text nothing. I then received a call telling me I missed the doctor's text even though I have no text from them on my phone and so now just need to find a different doctor. Thanks for wasting 2 days of my time and not dealing with an urgent healthcare issue.

Dr. Jacobson always listens to me. He explores further if he doesn't understand what my concerns are. I have full confidence in him. His follow through is excellent.

no one seems to answer the phone in the middle of the day (Monday, 9/23/19, 1:30-2pm+) I don't know how he gets business like that...

Dr. Jacobson has been my doctor for years. He is thorough and easy to talk with. I appreciate his kindness and understanding. I'd recommend him to anyone. I thank him and his wonderful staff.

I have been with Dr. Jacobson for about 15 years. He saved my life. I was recommended to him by a friend when I was very sick. My dr told me there was nothing wrong with me. It was probably in my head. Immediately he know I was sick and sent to a specialist right away. I had stage 4 cancer. He will call you personally if there is a issue. He always listens and sees you right away. He has a great sense of humor also. I have recommended him to several fandoms friends.

Dr Jacobson is a very intelligent doctor. After all, he has been in this business for over 30 years and after just a few visits with this man, you will immediately be able to tell he knows his stuff. However, this facility is the most screwed up with the staff working there. I have never seen anything so horrific. The people working for the doctors do not know their job or how to deal with patients at all. You will find that out quick. And forget trying to call the office. You will either never get through because all calls go through a call center. Also, I have had a very hard time getting my prescriptions approved from them. When I call the pharmacy and the prescription needs to be authorized, it takes 3 to 5 days for the approval to happen. The administrative assistant cannot handle her job at all. Bottom line is Jacobson is good, but the rest is deplorable in that office.

Dr. Jacobson has been our doctor for more than 15 years. He saved my husband's life. He is simply the best. He listens. He cares. He is personable. He practices medicine, he doesn't make assumptions. He's truly one of a kind.

Dr. Jacobson is terrific, but his staff is the worst we have ever dealt with. If it weren’t for Dr. Jacobson, we would have left the practice years ago. Dr. Jacobson takes time to know you, listens to you, and is very knowledgeable and helpful. His staff has lied right to our face, has no idea how to do their job. We called for a simple prescription to be filled (only had one), they told us they didn’t know which one. So much more that won’t fit here.

This practice is useless. I’ve been a “patient” for three years, and have only seen Dr. Jacobson one time. Everytime I’ve called with a problem I’ve been told I can see the doctor at least 4-5 days out, otherwise just go to their urgent care to see a nurse practitioner. I once needed a basic physical for my health insurance. They told me it would be at least four months before they could “squeeze me in.” Recently I needed a medical waiver signed to participate in a test for work. Just one lousy signature stating I’d be ok to do a few pushups and run a mile. I was told to just drop in, they’d sign it, and I’d be on my way. When I got there, I was told it would take a minimum of 2-3 days, despite what I was told on the phone. When I called to check on it, I was just transferred to a voicemail, and nobody ever called me back. In sum- avoid this practice. When you need them, they’re nowhere to be found. I’ve gotten far superior care at my local urgent care, and usually within an hour of walking in the door- not six months later.
