Dr. Girenko is an excellent primary care doctor for our mentally and physically handicapped family member. She is knowledgable, patient, and listens well. Unfortunately, the management of patient records, HIPPA is a disaster. Trinity really needs to get someone in there to provide better management and support of the receptionist on the front line. I complete health proxy forms for Trinity at least two times. Then during the family members health crisis, they tell me there is no emergency

Dr. Girenko is my new primary care physician. She is very nice and explains procedures and lab results very thoroughly. She is a vast improvement over my last physician. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Girenko and her medical assistant (MA) Marisol are wonderful they go above and beyond on everything! Dr Girenko is very detail oriented and explains everything to you, thanks you for information you provide. She has worked with my mothers infectious disease DR and has communicated all the information back to me. Marisol has worked for hours with the insurance company getting a fecal implant consult with a local hospital. Both Dr Girenko and Marisol get back to you in a timely.

Does not listen to the patient. Spoke at and around my father, not TO him, Very poor communication and people skills. Perhaps she would be better suited to research where she doesn't have to deal/work with people. After 3 visits with this dr. we found my father a new primary, as my father did not like or trust her.

The initial experience with this doctor was not a positive one, I believe she will benefit from a training on cultural sensitivities in culture diversity, specifically within the Latino population with tendency of older people to offer more information to a provider than requested, bearing in mind that older Latino patients love to share excessive details to everything.
