Who ever hired the front desk lady you all need to find someone different. Most rude individual I have ever meet. Most unprofessional unable to listen person in the world. She works in a small urgent care not a big time hospital.

Was visiting from out of state, showed up at 7:25pm(they claim they are open till 8), and they were not willing to take me with one one other car in the parking lot and nobody waiting in the lobby.

This location isn’t seeing anyone under 14 because the provider isn’t able to see anyone under this age. Seems odd that someone in a urgent care medical environment can’t see kids? Then you call and they can’t explain why. Sketchy.

I went in there last Saturday morning. The staff was friendly and I was in and out of that place. Would recommend going here if you need to be treated. Thanks again CareWell staff!!

Tracy that works at the front desk will wait until your name is called to tell you that they don’t take your type of insurance and you’ll have to pay $180 out of pocket because you have been waiting hours and are obviously not feeling well.
