It is very very difficult to get a response from Fitchburg CHC either nurse or getting a message to your provider. They never call back and they are so rude in the reception area. It takes for ever for the receptionist to answer the phones or to call back and when they do they are extremely rude.

I went to the optical shop for some new glasses. Laura was an incredibly helpful from understanding my needs, presenting some great style choices, explaining pricing/process and finally delivering my new glasses. Her positive energy and professionalism helped make what I thought would be a difficult decision very easy!

I just have to say how impressed i am with the dental care here!! I have had such a horrible experience somewhere else, Kathleen Takach was so caring and understanding, though my denture procedure. Anything I had questions on she made sure to let me know , step by step. When it was time for my dentures to be ready she made sure I was completely happy. Jackie one of the receptionist at the check in walways was sooo warm and smiling when she saw me..

The place is a joke. So called manage care. I think they pride themselves on saving insurance companies money.

I’m new to CHC and so far I’m not impressed. You can’t get through on the phones, you ask for a call back and you wait most of the day for a call back just to tell them why your calling! Then IF you do get a call back from the nurse they are rude, don’t know what they are talking about and brush you off! I guess I’ll be looking for a different doctor….

Don't go here unless it's your last resort. They refuse to call you back and when they finally do it's at completely inappropriate times like 7pm. The receptionists have zero urgency and the doctors refuse to diagnose for some reason.

Experiência muito agradável com a Dr Olerik e sua auxiliar. Profissionais muito competentes. Acredito que logo estarão supervisionado em virtude da competência. Atendente Recepção Mara sempre muito eficiente e profissional. Enfim, somente elogios a equipe citada. A todos Brasileiros que queiram um bom atendimento procure as pessoas acima. Elas não falam português mas se empenham e muito para fazer o melhor. Elas falam Espanhol. Enfim, super indico.

My experience is with the Dental department and I couldn't be more pleased.  I have been going here for several years for routine dental care but only recently had a problem.  I was in pain with a toothache and the fit me into the schedule immediately to correct the problem.  The front desk staff were all cheerful and welcoming and wasted no time in getting me checked in.  The assistant that took my x-rays and went over medications was also very pleasant and professional as was the Doctor.  They all showed kindness and compassion and genuinely seemed to care about alleviating the pain I was in.  The follow up care was just as good and a new plan was put in place with appointments scheduled for further treatment.  I highly recommend this group.

No logic at ALL!!!! VERY Inconvenient...makes NO sense at all...cant get ANYWHERE..WHAT A JOKE....created by amateur...and you think patients can figure out what your mission was???
