The Urgent Care center here presents itself on-line as a walk-in clinic, but it most assuredly is not. It is an extension of the hospital's emergency room, and the way they treat you will reflect that. Most importantly, you will be charged emergency room pricing for your visit (which will not be revealed to you up front). If you do not have a condition that requires hospitalization, go somewhere else, or you will regret it.

Probably the worst hospital I've ever been to. Most of the people who work there are rude. I went to the dentist there and the dentist was rude to me and asked my sister if I had a mental problem because I speak "so slow", according to him. He kept asking my sister questions regarding my health as if she knew, when my sister is only 14 and I'm 19. He told me to bring my mom with me next time. Also, this isn't the only bad experience I've had in the Fitchburg burbank hospital. There has been other bad experiences.

I was in and out in under 1 hour on a recent Friday morning for a sprained wrist that required x-rays. Professional & efficient staff, very friendly.
