List of Jennifer Depiero's Reviews
Dr DePiero has been my PCP for10 years. She is a great physician!
Jennifer is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. She is quick to blame her patients and refuses to listen to anything they say. She is rude and dismissive, and will actually refuse to treat patients for things they bring up. I have a family history of heart conditions and she refused to give me a physical stress test even though I have been recieving them since I was a small child. The last time I saw her, I cam in for a scheduled appointment and she asked me why I was there. She is incompetent, arrogant, unhelpful, and generally a danger to her patients.
Jennifer Depiero is the worst doctor I have ever come across. She refuses to treat her patients or take anything they say seriously. She refused to give me a stress test for my heart even though I have been receiving them for years due to family history. She is remarkably bad at remembering anything about her patients and even blames THEM when she doesn't have enough information, or they miss an appointment. Every time I've gone in to see her, she has acted like it was an inconvenience. The last time I went in, it was for a scheduled check-in and she actually asked ME why I was there. That is when I asked for the stress test and she refused. I would never, EVER recommend her to anyone, and I would even go so far as to say that anyone who sees her is not safe from any conditions they may have that Jennifer refuses to treat.
Competent, but horrible bedside manner. Some sort of conflict / reprimand she gave a receptionist regarding my appointment also created unpleasant encounter. This whole medical practice seems a little socially dysfunctional.
I have been a patient of Dr. DePiero for 5 years. I am shocked by the negative comments. I find her to be very caring, smart and excellent at explaining her recommendations. Granted I am healthy for the most part, but I have had only positive experience with her. She is great at responding online thru the portal as well. Highly recommended.
Very poor bedside manner. Has very little patience for explaining diagnostic choices, or for answering questions based on patient's own reading / research.
Dr DePiero fat shamed me over a measly 15 lbs and then said "I'm not just going to give you hormones" when I told her that I have gender dysphoria and would like to learn more about HRT.
One of the worst doctors I have ever encountered. Being a good physician takes more than intellect alone, and her bedside manner is atrocious. I am admittedly an emotional patient due to cancer-related trauma. This is not the same as being irrational, and with a doctor who actually listens, isn't much of a problem. Dr. Depiero however was arrogant, belittling, and dismissive to the point of distress. I left without my infection being treated because all she did was push anxiety pills.
Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. She was dismissive and disrespectful. I saw her because I was having a problem with my ears and throat, but she decided my problem was anxiety before she even entered the room. She told me to try mindfulness and to talk to a psychiatrist before doing any physical exam.
Horrible bedside manner. I went for a physical shortly after my father died and unexpectedly began to cry when being questioned about my family history. She appeared uncomfortable and left the room shortly thereafter. When she returned, she resumed like nothing happened and didn't seem concerned about how I was faring emotionally. She also gave me a hard time about getting a referral to visit my optometrist, asking why I needed to go even after I said it was for my (way overdue) annual checkup.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
