A world-class facility. Highly recommended.
Avoid the urgent care. There is ZERO privacy. You're put in a makeshift room, where the person next to you is right behind a curtain, and you can hear everything. So, one of my neighbors had RSV and was hacking up a lung (that was wonderful). Another person had a broken toe and someone else a suspicious lump on their knee. I heard all the conversation 100%. Go elsewhere for urgent care needs.
Best lab around - professional quick personable
The team was very nice but the price of a single lab test was atrocious.
My doctor is absolutely amazing but mgb office is a hot mess. They don't read my doctor or nurse's notes and then cause rework to occur and re-communication that could have been prevented if they let me speak. Im leaving the practice because of insurance reasons but even still, I was on the fence for the last year because I like the doctor but the lab and the admins who answer the phone are disorganized, short tempered, and rude. Only one of them is super nice. I think she might be in her 50s or older. She is the only one I trust over there.
Went to urgent care due to having severe chills, fever, Headache after being on a med for UTI but I was getting worse and afraid of kidney issues. She ran a urinalysis which came back high so I expected to have my meds changed or added to my existing med. She did nothing and told me to call my private doctor. Dr Marcie is awful and disrespectful . She talked over me and did not let me express my concerns. Mind you I have been a nurse for 30+ years. She sent me home without any written instructions and walked out of the room. I don't care how busy you are you do your job always. Never again. Spent same amount of time as I would have at ER and gotten Real Medical Care. Basilia F
I recently had to visit the Urgent Care Center at Patriot Place in Foxboro for ongoing flu symptoms. I was a little nervous based on some of the reviews I had read, but my experience couldn't have been better. From the front desk staff, the nurses and the doctor I saw, everyone treated me with care and compassion. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half, which on a holiday weekend, I didn't think was bad at all. Diagnostic x-ray on site was so convenient. They were able to send a prescription right next door to CVS and it was all taken care of very quickly. Just wanted to come here to add some positive comments for anyone that may need to see them.
I have been going here for my PCP, Dr. Faling who is amazing . His MA Tania is amazing as well. Jodi, the PA, who i also see is great, too. Patriot place MGB has everything you need for specialists, X-rays, and MRI, etc.... No more going into Boston. Parking is Free.
Depends on your reasoning to go, I go to the dermatologist and that area of the hospital is great BUT, the labs suck. If you’re getting blood tested expect giant bruises on your arm cause they wiggle the needle around. Also the website doesn’t give the correct times or days for the lab being open (I don’t just check on Google but the website where it says lab hours.) I’ve tried to go several times throughout the past 3 weeks but, every time I call or go I’m told it’s closed even though it says online that it’s open.
Radiology. Breast MRI from hell. Three techs felt the need to touch my breasts. Without gloves or permission. I had the same MRI twice before. Never did anyone out their hands on me. They were rude and condescending. Here's a tip.. Don't ask for permission when your hand is already there. THREE OF THEM!! not just one. Unreal rude.. I do know their names and will file a complaint. No problem at Brigham Boston. Never.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
