List of Mass General Brigham's Reviews
Terrible, apathetic customer service from the administrative staff including the front desk and the woman who his sits in the hall policing people when you first enter. Condescending attitudes. Very disappointing. The urgent care down the street in Plainville in between Lowes and Target is amazing. Consistently great service from admin staff, nurses and doctors. I would go there instead!
Wife had mallet finger a couple of years ago and all they did was turn her right pinky finger into a half circle. I reluctantly took my wife there this month due to abdominal pain. She had a urinary tract infection. You should see the itemized bill coming in. I question these charges. I believe in privatized health care but experiences like this can turn a person like me into a card carrying member for Medicare For All. The medical industry is a complete racket.
Went to Foxboro Urgent care with a broken finger. I was told I could not be seen. Upon repeating requests, reluctantly the doctor allowed me in. The doctors treatment was to continually pull on my finger , to no avail. Still with a dislocated , fractured finger, I was told to go to an emergency room. It took less than one second for the emergency room doc ( Dr . Landry ) to fix the dislocated finger. I have been to Foxboro Urgent care several times before with great experiences. Although I have never posted a feed back before, I feel compelled to share this experience.
Healthcare is vgood but often impersonal and rushed. I think everyone knows this and many experience it with corporate medicine. It's disappointing.Bad marks with billing practice on the Portal. Now in big bold letters on the home page.. I'm talking $10.00. I don't mind being reminded within the portal but this is just plain rude. Subtle reminders beat rude demands. ..and they've made billing mistakes with me.Both these items are personal opinion
Very easy to get too an I am in a out in 30 mins for my testing
i really hate writing bad reviews, but i consistently received rude, apathetic service from both the administrative staff and the physicians here. disappointing practice
I love how modern and beautiful the buildings are here. Everything is up to date with today’s world to make it easier for patients to be seen and get back to their lives. My personal experience is bliss every time I have an appointment. I’ve never waited more than 10 mins to see my PCP. I just feel like I’m in a special place that everyone else hasn’t heard about yet and I’m reaping the benefits. From the Nurse’s/Doctors, the administrative staff out front to the security desk everyone is always friendly, helpful and happy. That creates the atmosphere that makes me the patient love BWH/Foxboro. It’s infectious! I’m so happy to be apart of an organization that provides exceptional services and really cares about the needs of its patients.
Poor experience with doctor. The staff and reception were great. I had a local allergic reaction in my eye area from an insect sting. The doctor minimized my concerns, told me “ it doesn’t look that bad”, told me a steroid “ wouldn’t help”. I was mansplained to instead of provided the care I came there for. Will never go here again.
I go there several times a month, and I love it. I have some of the best Orthopedic surgeons that take care of me and the rehabilitation therapy department to further me along. They have every department available from a walk-in clinic, to radiology and hematology departments. This is an outstanding facility that I would highly recommend to anybody. The only issue that I personally have is they do not have some of the highest levels doctors specifically neurology and pain doctors that oversee severe trauma patients, which I would prefer. Because of that I have to go into boston. That's really my only complaint. If you like my review please give me a thumbs up 👍and feel free to follow me for future reviews. Thank you so much!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
