Very nice man and super considerate to my wishes. He took me over from Linda C. an NP who left and whom I liked extremely much. Dr. Mortada seems to have the same quiet consideration as did Linda. The Staff speak highly of him also.

Dr. Mortada has been my primary care physician for a few years now. He has helped guide me through some very difficult health issues during that time. He is always very thoughtful and caring most of all. He is also very thorough and directs me to the appropriate specialist that I need in a very timely manner. I put a great deal of trust in Dr. Mortada and I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.

This doctor is due for retirement, the assistants seem more willing to help than the doctor who seems to be sleeping as opposed to helping me with my problems, find a better doctor!!!

Always accessible and spends time with his patient and not in a rush. He explains the diagnosis is simple terms for me to understand. Great personality and will recommend him in a heart beat.

It takes 2-3 calls before ever getting a return call even during an emergency situation..terrible follow through.

If you go to this dr. be prepared to not get your records sent when necessary and good luck with getting a return call. Also, if you are in your 60's you will be considered in bed at 8-9 o"clock. I am an active senior and don't appreciate being considered a couch potato
