Dr. Wardius is an excellent dentist here in the Natick. He is attentive to detail and this sets him apart from many others in the area. I found trust, professionalism and wonderful service in his clinic. In addition to having a pleasant, organized and very well-equipped environment. I recommend this professional and his clinic to everyone.

My teen had wisdom teeth removed. Every one was very nice and process was smooth

I had all four deeply impacted wisdom teeth removed here. The initial consultation I felt comfortable and Dr. Wardius was attentive to all of my questions. The surgery went well, and I was informed I would take longer to heal due my wisdom teeth being deep in my jaw. I rationed my pain medicine they prescribed (4 5mg oxycodone pills) and I was in so much pain when they ran out 3 days later. I wanted to tough it out but I was in so much pain I called the number in my care sheet. The office was closed, there was no emergency number so I left a message and never received a call back. I called my dentists office and he suggested a different acetaminophen/ ibuprofen dose that gave me relief! Fast forward a month after surgery and my face blew up in an infection- I was thankful the office took me in right away, but I was met with an angry response to my reaching out to my dentist, which I thought was unprofessional- He didn't seem to care about my wellbeing and interrupted me after he asked how my healing had gone after I mentioned I had called the office with no call back. He responded with "we don't check those messages". I thought that was crazy! He also mentioned after the round of antibiotics that it was common for the infection to return- After talking to other dental professionals thought that was unusual. So to wrap it up it started off good, but the way I was treated after made me feel like they cut me open and took my money and feeling off about their practice. i'm glad to see so many great reviews because my experience was truly not the best- I hope this helps someone out

Big Thank YOU, to Dr. Wardius, Thiago, and the whole team. My 17 yo had 4 of his molars removed. So anxious, nervous, and extremely worried in the days leading up to the scheduled date. Both Dr. W and Thiago were there for us to listen and respond to our worries and millions of questions! Now my son is back in his almost regular meal, only after a week post op. We are so happy and relieved with the outcome. Highly recommend this place!

Very calm and professional , Doctor Wardius made me feel comfortable in the process and my healing went really well. I am headed now to phase 2 of my implant. His team also are very customer friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Necesitaba extraer mis 2 muelas del juicio superiores para iniciar un tratamiento de ortodoncia. Fui a mi consulta inicial con el doctor y realmente salí tranquila. Me dieron cita para la extracción a la semana siguiente. Todo fue demasiado rápido y ya hoy ha pasado una semana. Los recomiendo 100%. Buen trabajo🙏
