Rude, arrogant, and creepy. I never got a straight answer to my questions, the worst experience I have ever had with a physician.

Very thorough, good rapport.

I have long covid, and Dr. Rhein has been the driver to figuring out my medical issues and breathing problems. I highly recommend him, he is caring and knows what he’s doing!

Very creepy. Made me feel very uncomfortable throughout the visit. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Not confident at all in their findings. Getting second opinion. He seemed to guess his way through the appointment.

Let’s see. He ruined my life of last thirty years by injecting mold (all major mold spores those grows in the USA) in my blood in the name of building immunity, just so that he can bill insurance company and make more money faster for himself. He did that without telling me and without my approval. I was Microbiologist and I knew about the consequences at that time. When I found out I confronted him, then he changed all the records. Now I cannot live out door or indoor anywhere in the USA. Prior to that I was only sensitive to one mold named Penicillium, now I am still (after 30 years) severely sensitive to all of them and it has ruined my life. I can't work or go out anywhere. My life became prison in my home. I have to run hepa filter all the time. Ionized air and humidity drive me crazy. My life became complete waste. I just wonder, to how many people he did this kind of thing? Do they even know about it? I know this because I have a proper education to understand it. People, please be careful with doctors, it’s getting worse out there. I encountered people who ended up with surgeries, even when surgeries could have not helped them at all. Always take second opinion from trusted doctors. It’s sad but true and completely wrong!

Best doctor I ever had

When I first got recommended can’t buy my own personal physician I called his office and I also found the staff very helpful to me during my phone conversation for the first time dealing with them. Secondly the staff when I went in for my appointment was very friendly and also very kind to me and my fiancé. When I was taking the net testing with his nurses assistant she was also very friendly and you could sense it was a good relaxed atmosphere in there. Well I met the doctor and as far as I’m concerned he was very honest and upfront with me with everything that he did say. He explained to me what my allergies were after the testing. He was also upfront with me when he said which I do like the fact that it was completely honest and also very caring about me and he was also very funny. This is only my first visit but I’m looking forward to seeing him again. It’s not his fault if certain allergy medicines don’t work due to the fact that bodies are different and they all work differently.

This docctor is AMAZING! he truly genuinely cares about every single patient! Every doctor has their quirks (regarding personal space) jowever he always has a nurse in the room when needing to examine you closely. Breathing etc. He likes to make jokes but sometimes it goes over your head because he is just that intelligent...staff is wonderful. You will love the nurses. He takes his time with every single patient. You dont feel like your just a number being pushed out the door. I personally would prefer to wait and get the time i need to be properly diagnosed and have a treatment plan set up.

The Doctor and all his staff are so nice. They actually take the time and try to figure out what is causing the issue. They don’t limit your time to 15 minutes which is standard at most medical practices. I just started injections not too long ago and spent an entire weekend with two dogs and cats at my sisters house and for the first time in 20 years did not feel like I was going to die. My son who is afraid of every doctor actually likes going their for his appointments. Thank you all!

As a forty year old that suffered pneumonia twice in two years with severe asthma he and his staff were so kind and did everything they could to help me and get to the bottom of what was causing it.
