The worst experience. When the nurse was going over the medical history, much of the information was incorrect. I corrected her. She informed us that we were seeing a different provider than we were scheduled to see. I let her know that that was not ideal for patient care. She left the room. Twenty minutes later, the PA stormed into the room, she was very aggressive. She raised her voiced at me and lectured me. She was dismissive and rude. She claimed the nurse was crying because I gave her feedback on the incorrect medical history. The PA kicked us out. We have been going to this practice for a long time and have had a great working relationship... this is the first time I have seen this staff... Very disappointing!
I had the worst, most uncomfortable medical experience of my life here!! Dr. Urato walked in, ordered me to take my shirt off in front of the male medical assistant, then ordered me to pull my pants down around my ankles and turn on the spot! No gown, no dignity. She never even asked me why I was there or what my concerns were!! She looked at my skin from over a foot away for maybe 30 seconds before proclaiming "You don't have cancer". That was it! That was the whole appointment!!
Practice interested in making money not patient care. Incompetent front desk staff. Did not bill me then sent me to collections over $25 copay! After my regular dermatologist retired I tried Dr. Urato and Framingham Dermatology. The Doctor did not provide the exam she left that to one of her staff. I was told that many spots needed to be biopsied. The same small freckles that had been there for years and no other office has been concerned about. Of course they told me not to worry they were nothing...but lets test them anyways. I am concerned that they are running these tests just for the insurance payments. They all came back benign. I left the office with the sinking feeling like I had been scammed.
I called, emailed and texted and never got a call back until 2 weeks later. They auto text you when you call to set up an appointment so I tried to use that service as well, no response. I did not go because by the time they called me back I had found somewhere else. Just a warning to those trying to make an appointment.
Made this appointment over a week ago, upon arrival I was told that the clinic didn't take my insurance. I've just had a baby and find it extremely difficult to find time. Unacceptable service and unhelpful staff attempted to assign blame to me suggesting that I hadn't specified that it was Empire Blue Cross, Blue Shied (when I certainly had). I do not recommend.
After specifically calling and asking whether the clinic accepted my insurance and being told yes, arrived at the appointment and was told that they made a mistake and it was actually out of network. Huge inconvenience, unapologetic response. Amateur, incompetent service. Review is based on interaction with clinic front desk staff, not MD.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
