The dentist had promised that I could complete my therapy in a timeframe I requested. It was completed to the point I suggested another step and that will be done within my original requested timeline. Also, everyone is pleasant to deal with and concerned re: patient comfort. Excellent care!

I always receive top notch 100% friendly service from Debra and the staff at the front desk to the hygienists (Maria-who I love) and Dr. Arvi and Dr. Adelina Duka as the best for your dental care needs. I have been with them for over 5 years and they are the best and excellent at what they do! You won’t regret going to Framingham Family Dental Care! They truly care about your health and empathize with your pain and situations. I would give them a 10 star rating for overall excellence!

I just had a crown. What a great experience! Who would think? Dr. Adelina Duka uses the latest technologies to achieve amazing results. And she is so solicitous and gentle. Her staff is friendly and cheerful. This is the way dentistry should be.

Dr Duka and his staff are really great. I had an emergency with a broken tooth that needed to be fixed just before I was scheduled to go on a trip overseas. On very short notice Dr Duka fixed the tooth with a permanent porcelain crown that he had the equipment to create on site. Pretty amazing dentistry has come a long way in recent years. I also go to the practice for routine cleanings and always a positive experience.

Had my first appointment today at Framingham Family Dental Care. It was an excellent experience. All the staff were friendly and professional.

Today was my first visit for a new patient exam and cleaning and it was very pleasant. I’ve experienced an enormous amount of dental work, and had come from a previous practice that put a lot of pressure on cosmetic procedures and procedures that ended up causing me more harm and at incredible financial stress including an insane and traumatic dental experience there last year so I was very anxious to get to a new practice. But everyone here at FFDC was incredibly kind and calm and accommodating from scheduling the appointment to reception, to Chrissy the hygienist, to Dr. Duka herself. Everything was met with pragmatism, appropriate prioritization, and understandable, factual explanation. I felt no pressure to do anything but the needed repairs which I will definitely be going back here for. The reviews I read here on Google are what helped me decide to go to this practice and they rang true so I’d like to offer my positive feedback to help anyone else unsure of where to go, especially if you’ve had a sordid dental history like mine!

What an amazing practice! From the minute I walked in to my exit I was treated by friendly and caring individuals whom treated me with care and respect. My hygienist, Stacey, was not only knowledgeable and professional, but gave me my best cleaning I've ever had. The dentists , (Dr 's Duka), were also extremely caring and masterful doing my exam and explaining my future appointments. If you are looking for a practice that treats you well and truly cares about your dental health, this is the practice for you!

I have been a patient at Framingham Family Dental Care for years. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They use state of the art equipment which makes the experience less stressful and more comfortable. The clinic is spotless, which is a testament to their focus on infection control. I highly recommend their services.
