Felt like a money grab. I just moved and needed to change dentists, they told me I need this that and the other. I've been going to the same dentist since I was little with no problems and now I have 5 cavities, need a retainer and other things. And to add to it, it was the worst cleaning I've had in my life and my teeth felt gross afterwards. Both the dentist and the dental assistant had their hands in my mouth and it was just very overwhelming and not a good experience at all. Will not be back.

My experience was a 10/10!!! The staff is amazing! The office is extremely clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Salem's beside manner is unmatched. Not only was he gentle but also fast and efficient. Him and his staff went above and beyond to easy my dental anxiety, and made me feel at ease in the chair!! My experience was definitely top tier.

Needed emergency help with a really bad toothache Friday night. Every other dentist wanted me to wait a week. I found “Framingham Modern Dentistry” and a cheduled a 8:00am appointment online for Monday morning. Life saver. There was no way I could have waited a week! Being retired and on Medicare we had no dental insurance. The office was extremely helpful working with me finding a cost I could afford. Dr Akbar Saleem was outstanding not just with procedure but also explaining it in easy to understand process. He fixed the problem without doing more than required. He could have done more but he knew the risk was greater than the reward. It takes a lot of patience to know when enough is enough. Not all dentists are like this. Easy going and extremely professional. An emergency of pulling an infected tooth 3 days before thanksgiving. Doesn’t get any better then that. Highly recommend.

Amazing! Came here for a cleaning as a new patient and to my surprise, I got a free exam and free X-rays and was educated on the condition of my gums that no other dentist took the time to ever explain to me. They fixed the urgent things they found the same day and now I know I made the right decision coming to a new place. They have advanced technology which made the process quick and painless and the staff is extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step to me and what everything means. Highly recommend!!!!!
