Dr. Dickstein has been my doctor for more than 10 years. I don't know what has happened after the pandemic hit, phone calls couldn't get through, always busy.I could not get test results in weeks and when I called I got bounce around from one person to another and then a promise of someone will call me back but never did. I am so frustrated that I don't want to call anymore.

I have been a patient to Dr. Dickstein for over a decade, and I am very satisfied with his service. There was a time when I was unsure about continuing with the doctor, but after trying other GI doctors, I came back to Dr. Dickstein because I discovered that I took what Dr. Dickstein provided for granted. His practice has grown through the years. He has added NPs, and I value their accessibility, perspective, practicality, and professionalism. I have found Rosalba at the front desk is very friendly, genuine, and sincere, despite being in the front line and taking a lot of pressure from incoming clients.

Dr. Dickstein's expertise has saved my daughter's life! He was looking at a scan of my liver and noticed a small nodule on my kidney suggested I get it looked at I went to Dana Farber I was operated on 2 weeks later and yes it was cancer half of my right kidney was taken out. So I can't give him enough stars HE IS THE BEST

I have been a patient of Dr. Dickstein for many years, but sadly it is time to move on. I waited five months for a call from his office to schedule an endoscopy which I was told would be scheduled shortly after our telemedicine visit. I finally had the endoscopy, a few issues were discovered, and I was informed that prescriptions would be called in. I waited a full week and had to call twice in between to ask where the prescriptions were. This is unacceptable. I believe he has far too many patients, and have spoken to many other former patients who felt the same. I wish him well in his practice, but I need a Gastroenterologist who is more on top of things especially when it comes to my health.

My wife ended up in the hospital and Dr. Dickstein was assigned to her case. When it came time for us to follow-up as an outpatient, Dickstein was a ghost. His office is impossible to deal with, doesn’t return calls, and has caused significant delays for what should be a totally straight forward and routine follow-up. If you hear this guy’s name, run in the opposite direction.

Treatment from medical staff was good. Dr. Dickstein was very nice - the 30 secs I spoke with him. My problem with this place is their billing department. I'm 54 yrs old, first colonoscopy ever. I'm tired of my primary care physician pushing for it so I finally went and got one. These guys REFUSED to bill my procedure as a screening test vs diagnostic because my take home poop (FIT) test my primary gave me came back with a false positive. Colonoscopy ate up my whole deductible for the year - even though my insurance said they would cover it 100%. Weeks of back and forth/appeals, etc. These guys refused to budge, blaming everybody else. Clearly it is much easier to shake me down for payment (though collections) vs. my insurance company. I will NEVER use these guys again. They were nasty and made everything seem like it was my fault.
