Excellent customer service. My doctor has very good attitude, usually made me feel comfortable, feel important and his service was awesome and always supporting me. They have just recently added new waiting room with larger space.

wow just wow! The level rudeness in this office is out of control! From one professional to another this is not how you run your business! The front staff were so extremely rude! They hung up in my face multiple times and intentionally screened my calls when all I was trying to do was have some questions answered! We're all trying to do our jobs and that is not how you do it!!! They need to hire more professional staff! If that's how you deal with phone calls how do you expect people to trust you with anything else!!!! Id never put my health and well being into a business like this!!!!! period!! Is this trained behavior by the provider's? I'd like to think not but I'm quite sure there aware and don't care. Which is sad. These types of experiences can cripple a buisness! You should want everyones experience to be at the very least ok!! I will be taking this matter further than just this review!
