The eye exam was fine, but Dr. Ferrucci was somewhat rude. He was 35 minutes late and didn't apologize at all; he called me by my first name while making it clear that he wanted to be called Dr. Ferrucci; and when I thanked him, twice, at the end of the appointment, he said nothing in return. I found this all a pretty disrespectful way to treat patients.
