I had a consult for another service and got Botox while I was there. Clean facility. Beautiful too. Staff was incredibly nice. They never made me feel rushed. The technician who did the Botox was so fun to speak to that I felt like I almost made a new friend! Lol. Love it here. Great job injecting. Precision is needed bc I bruise easily and she was quick and perfectly accurate. All the stars to this place!!!

So I went to this place for a consultation. People are nice and friendly and their treatments seem promising. I am rating 1 star because I feel like the $100 cancellation fee is too much. I booked the appointment for a cool-sculpting consult. Th e results seem good for those who just have a little stubborn fat. However, the prices were too high for someone who has a lot more stubborn fat. Comparing those prices, I actually think it's better to get surgery (better results for similar prices). I did not show up for my first appointment (personal reasons and it is my fault) but I was charged for a huge $100 cancellation fee. Usually businesses charge less or they use it as credit. I am just writing this to avoid anyone else losing $100 if they are not sure if they want their treatment. My intention is not to ruin this place's business, just give the facts. Also, I can only speak to what plan they gave me for cool-sculpting, not other treatments.

Amazing staff that takes the time to understand what you are looking to achieve and what options are available. Thrilled with the results. Highly recommend.

What can I say? Nurse Fiona’s skincare line and team of amazing estheticians have completely changed my skin for the better. I was struggling with hormonal acne so I went in for my very first hydrafacial back in May. Sam recommended some of nurse fiona’s very own skincare products to take home and they have completely cleared up my skin ever since! I also did the chemical peel which helped a lot with acne scarring. I swear by her facial products and can’t go a day without them. Nurse Bridget did my first ever lip fillers and botox and the results came out BEAUTIFUL! I can’t wait to get more work done by Bridget she is incredible, as well as Fiona who is just so smart, talented and amazing at what she does. And I can’t forget to mention the Australian girl at the front desk; she is AMAZING and calmed my nerves when my lips were swollen from the fillers. I would recommend Nurse Fiona med spa to anyone and everyone.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I've always been self conscious about my teeny tiny lips and had gone to 3 different injectors over the last couple of years for consults to no avail. I have a small face/bone structure with some old scarring and I had yet to meet anyone who was comfortable performing fillers on me. I've seen Eileen Pimentel Smalling twice in the last couple months now, and she is a true artist. Super nice, thorough with explanations and guidance, reassuring, and does an AMAZING job with unparalleled attention to detail. I'm so happy with the results that I cried the first time I saw myself in the mirror afterward. Every employee I've met has been so friendly and kind. So grateful for this practice and can't recommend them enough!!!

I love it at Nurse Fiona! Eileen is the most personable, kind, nurse I have had in all my time getting Botox. She really takes the time to get to know you and ask you what you envision for your treatment. The staff and the med spa are always welcoming and the inside is spotless. Highly recommend!
