Right from the moment I walked through the doors, of the office in Framingham, I knew I picked the right place to go. The receptionist was very welcoming, the tech who did my scan was amazing and extremely thorough, and after the scan, Dr. Kim spoke with me about what was going on. She gave me all my options, explained each one, what would happen etc…I can’t praise this place enough! The day of my procedure they were extremely caring and informative. They walked me through each step and before I knew it I was done!I just had my first check up and the procedure did what it was supposed to do.Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel like a patient and not a number. It was extremely refreshing.I will NOT go anywhere else for anything having to do with my veins. Dr. Kim and the staff are worth the hour drive to get there.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience from beginning to end with Dr. Kim and the whole staff. They explain every procedure and are so supportive and caring. I would recommend this office 100 times over!

Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable with many years of experience. Dr. Kim answered all my questions and more. Dr. Kim put everything in laymen terms to make the explanation easier to understand. The exam was not not rushed, they were very through. I would highly recommend this place. 5 stars

My experience with Dr Kim was spectacular. She and her staff are very organized, pleasant and efficient. From the beginning, I was able to talk with the staff for adjustments in my schedule. The staff is very thorough and well trained with the ultrasound. Dr Kim is quite skillful in eradicating the veins and my outcome exceeded expectation. I am a physician and I wish my practice was as efficient as this practice.

Everyone in this office is very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Kim really took her time to explain what was wrong with my veins. As well, as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. They truly are the best. Worth the ride and the time!

Dr. Kim and staff are very friendly which is helpful for me to very comfortable and at ease before and during any of my regular appointment procedures. I already see a huge improvement since I've been returning just as Dr. Kim's instructed!

I rarely leave reviews, but had to take the opportunity to let others know about how wonderful Dr. Kim is and how helpful the staff are! I’ve had vein issues since my teen years, and it has continued into my late 20s. I’ve gone to multiple vein specialists/surgeons in Massachusetts and was told nothing was wrong. I was typically sent on my way with compression stockings, and with no hope of clear legs. Recently, I set up an appointment with Dr. Kim, and wow is there a difference! Dr. Kim was incredibly thorough, diligent, and took the time to understand how uncomfortable my veins made me feel. She was able to find my culprit veins and offer an effective vein treatment plan. If you’re looking for quality vein care, in a clean office, with caring healthcare professionals—this is the place to go. Venous insufficiency may be a lifelong disorder, but with Dr. Kim, you can do something about it. I highly recommend.
