I went there for the first time yesterday after several disappointments from my previous doctors office! At the front desk the girl checking me in had a smile! My old office never did that! From then on everyone smiled and I have never felt so taken care of! They made things happen in one visit that took four with my previous doctor!! The big thing that stuck out was how much they praised each other!! They would say oh you are seeing Joan you will love her or you are seeing so and so there awesome! It’s a team atmosphere and I felt like I was the only patient there!! Even the lab girl who drew blood smiled! I will tell everyone of your incredible care and thank you for giving me hope!!

This place from an administrative standpoint needs alot of improvement.Office staff is often rude and unreliable. One has to repeat themselves over and over to get a message through to them.Had an appointment booked , confirmed it through text to have them just cancel on the day of the appointment. They wanted a virtual appointment. How the hell do you virtually take my blood pressure and listen to my heart sounds. I wasted vacation time for this.Hopefully looking looking elsewhere soonWhere I can be treated properly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Denied my ability to see a sonogram of my own child due to this Covid-19 BS: even though I have an email from Reliant that states my wife could be accompanied by another person to her appointment. First I was denied the heartbeat appointment weeks ago, now this. Complete garbage.
