I HAD A FOOT WOUND THAT DR. SIMOSA SAID NEEDED URGENT CARE. HE PERFORMED ASURGICAL REMOVAL OF DEAD TISSUE IN A HOLE IN MY RIGHT HEEL THAT WAS AS LARGE AS A SILVER DOLLAR AND WAS OVER AN INCH DEEP. THIS WAS NEEDED TO GROW NEW TISSUE. ON THE NEXT DAY HE PERFORMED AN ANGIOGRAM OF BOTH LEGS AND CONCLUDED THAT THE ARTERIAL FLOW IN THE LOWER RIGHT LEG WAS POOR. HE OPENED ONE OR MORE ARTERIES TO IMPROVE THE FLOW. I HAVE SEEN HIM SINCE ON FOLLOW-UPS. I AM IN THE HIGH EIGHTIES AND HAVE BEEN TREATED BY MANY DOCTORS AND I BELIEVE THAT DOCTOR SIMOSA IS ONE OF THE BEST. WHEN OTHER DOCTORS MIGHT HAVE WAITED, HE ACTED PROMPTLY WITH CARE AND SKILL. HE ALSO CAREFULLY TRACKS THE HEALING PROCESS. HE IS AN OUTSTANDING VASCULAR SURGEON.
