Very pleasant. Good listener. Took time to Explain possible problem, procedure and treatment possibilities in detail.Prompt telephone response by NP to questions following the appointment. Office staff very professional, (especially Leslie) courteous and kind when scheduling procedures.

Dr Fine is smug and pretends to care about his patients, but really, his practice is nothing more than a cash-generating machine. Rude staff.

Dr Fine is my 3rd Gastro Dr over the years.  After explaining my symptoms, he had me take some tests and low and behold, found a problem and FIXED it!  I am forever grateful.  i heard he was the best, and he is the BEST!

One of the most compassionate and caring Drs I know. He also is knowledgeable and always up to date on available treatments. His office staff is great too.

This review is focused more on the office staff at Dr. Fine's office. Dr. Fine himself is great! But the office staff drops the ball without fail. I waited 3 weeks after a procedure expecting to hear something... nothing. When I called to inquire I was told I'd receive a call by the end of the week (it was a Wednesday) either by the doctor or by the nurse/receptionist herself. Alas, I did not. However, Dr Fine did reach out the following Monday and wholeheartedly apologized for the office staff dropping the ball. He provided the information I was awaiting and said the office staff would contact me to schedule a follow-up. Guess what... they didn't. So now another 2 weeks later I have to remember to call back and schedule my own follow up.

Highly recommended Professional passionate about his care of his patients. Staff has improved and are more caring About interacting with his patients. Deb Bethel is the best and always remember how she took great care of my mom in hospice. Thank you Dr Fine and staff for all you do.

Dr. Fine is excellent. The front office is not. Contact is difficult, with long wait times on the phone, and the staff are often hurried and curt.

Dr.  Fine is an amazingly caring and competent Physician. I live on the west coast and he took the time to call my sister and I to educate us both on the status of my mother who lives on the east coast. He is the type of doctor we all desire. He listens, he is well educated, compassionate, and never rushes through his answers. He took his time in answering my questions and made me feel welcome. He is by far what MD's were years ago. ExcellentDr. He is the best!!!!!! He doesn’t rush through your visit. He explains very clearly. Pleasant and caring. As a nurse, I have seen his work. Everyone at my hospital loves him. He is recommended by all the nursing staff.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Fine's ever since I can remember. The past decade I have accompanied her during office (and Televisit) appointments. Dr. Fine has been amazing with managing what used to be a persistent digestive issue, significantly improving her quality of life. Obtaining prescription renewals from the office staff is second to none. As soon as we ask the pharmacy to reach out to Dr. Fine's office for a prescription renewal, we receive an email from the patient portal stating it has been submitted. The speed with which they process these requests is remarkable. We appreciate all of their efforts!
