Five/Five for medical care. Only only reason for only one start is accessibility - no wait to email or use an online portal to get medical advice.
This review is no reflection on Dr Fine...he is really good but the answering service is horrible. Always promising calls back but never ever do. On hold for literally 30 minutes some times. I have to constantly call them and even then it's brutal to talk to anyone who can help. Again, Dr Fine is awesome, but the staff needs work
I’ve tried calling to make an appointment for weeks and can’t get through to anyone. I’m honestly wondering if they’re still in business at this point. UPDATE - I did finally get a call back. I was told that they are using a new answering service. Probably need to rethink that as patients are unable to get through. I will say that Dr. Fine is a wonderful doctor, it’s just very frustrating when you can’t get through to schedule an appointment,
Dr. Fine is without doubt the best position I have ever had. He is professional, extremely competent and personable. He has been my gastroenterologist for over 30 years. They should clone him!
Very pleasant. Good listener. Took time to Explain possible problem, procedure and treatment possibilities in detail.Prompt telephone response by NP to questions following the appointment. Office staff very professional, (especially Leslie) courteous and kind when scheduling procedures.
Dr Fine is smug and pretends to care about his patients, but really, his practice is nothing more than a cash-generating machine. Rude staff.
One of the most compassionate and caring Drs I know. He also is knowledgeable and always up to date on available treatments. His office staff is great too.
This review is focused more on the office staff at Dr. Fine's office. Dr. Fine himself is great! But the office staff drops the ball without fail. I waited 3 weeks after a procedure expecting to hear something... nothing. When I called to inquire I was told I'd receive a call by the end of the week (it was a Wednesday) either by the doctor or by the nurse/receptionist herself. Alas, I did not. However, Dr Fine did reach out the following Monday and wholeheartedly apologized for the office staff dropping the ball. He provided the information I was awaiting and said the office staff would contact me to schedule a follow-up. Guess what... they didn't. So now another 2 weeks later I have to remember to call back and schedule my own follow up.
Dr Fine is my 3rd Gastro Dr over the years. After explaining my symptoms, he had me take some tests and low and behold, found a problem and FIXED it! I am forever grateful. i heard he was the best, and he is the BEST!
Highly recommended Professional passionate about his care of his patients. Staff has improved and are more caring About interacting with his patients. Deb Bethel is the best and always remember how she took great care of my mom in hospice. Thank you Dr Fine and staff for all you do.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
