My daughter had her first visit with the orthodontist scheduled last week, we had been there once before where we just at and spoke to an administrative employee about submitting for approval of orthodontic treatment from Masshealth. BTW, my daughter is 12. When we got to the visit I was told that I needed to wait in my car for the duration of the visit and my daughter would have to wait in the waiting area alone, again, first time there, never met the orthodontist or dental techs, I refused and sat with her in the waiting area. A very smug male receptionist then came over and told me it was office policy that because the appointment was so long (1 hour) a parent was not allowed. To make this clear I was expected to leave my daughter alone in the building with these people we had never met for over an hour. I refused and said I may return to our previous orthodontist and he then threatened to cancel our approval for braces through masshealth. He said this is a very threatening manner. I told him I was aware of regulations and they could not cancel approval once they proved medical necesity, I then took my upset daughter and left. Never in my life have I heard of this type of policy. I called the framingham board of health and filed a complaint, I am also in the process of filiing a formal complaint with the bureau of health professions licensure board. I am also filing a complaint with Masshealth. DO NOT TAKE your children to this office, many years ago the was a dentist in framingham who had the same policy, his name was Dr.Melvin Ehlrich on Walnut street, people would complain but nothing changed, in 2012 he was arrested for child pornography, he was a pedophile. Let that sink in.

This review is for the cleaning check ups performed by T station dental group at Braces Place: Every time you go for cleaning you have to wait 2 hours, they offer no explanation for the delays, they have a bunch of staff walking around and still things are slow motion. I feel they don't care about their patients.

Great location, friendly staff, easy parking. I was very nervous when putting on my braces, but everything went smoothly and the Doctor made the whole experience that much easier to go through... I definitely recommend it!
