They called me two days before my new patient appointment to send over new x-rays. It took my old office a couple days to get back to me (called them twice), so I got my x-rays in my email as I was literally walking out of my dental cleaning from Unique Dental. The dentist here refused to even do a visual exam of my mouth / teeth without x-rays, which was odd (quick google search says dentists can do a visual exam without xrays), but they told me to come back and they’d fit me in whenever for just the exam... But when I got the x-rays in my email as I was walking out the office … so I turned around and said “I just got them sent over. Can I hop back in the chair?” But it was a different desk lady and she said no, which I replied “but you all were going to take the time to take new xrays* just a minute ago but can’t look at these ones I have in hand, as I was just here 60 seconds ago?” And she snapped and said “If we say the doctor is busy, he’s busy.” when she clearly didn’t even check. I even tried to wait for the original desk person I was talking to, but her coworker shut that down, so I walked out again. So overall, if you need X-rays to even look inside a mouth, you should be calling patients more than two days in advance. And if you say you can fit a quick exam in whenever… you should probably mean it, especially if it’s less than a minute after you say it. *which would not have been covered by insurance

I had been going to this location for 50+ years before it became Unique Dental and recently my longtime dentist retired. I’m real picky about dentists because I don’t enjoy going to have dental work done, however, I just had work done by Dr Faibish and he was awesome and my new dentist! I have a great dental hygienist, the doctors asst is awesome, and the front desk girls are personable and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend this location in Framingham!

I don’t normally leave reviews, however, Unique Dental has impressed me enough that… The dentists I have seen, Drs. Faibish and Zyoud, have been knowledgeable and thorough in making me aware of the steps they were taking. The rest of the staff are pleasant and helpful, and keep me smiling regardless of the procedure. After spending 20+ years with my previous dentist, I now wish I had found Unique Dental sooner.

Just had an Appointment today and the whole thing was done in a flash and the staff was amazing and bubbly! I don’t like being in medical settings very much but this place is much more than that. I highly recommend!
