Drove over an hour to make it to a rescheduled appointment that I should have just canceled. First time being there and the office staff is literally talking about I m not staying your going to be here alone to her coworker. Although myself and another client was sitting in their waiting room for about 15 min. Then the staff member says to me shed like to verify my insurance. She looked at the card and said we dont except your insurance and if I would like a consultation it will cost me $300. When I called earlier to cancel the appointment the person rescheduled me for later in the day. I said why dont they verify your insurance before they give you an appointment she said its not their office who books the appointments. Its sad that the medical Profession has gotten to the point of third party advertising and booking like its a fast food restaurant or gym. I can just imagine the results of their expertise. I could have been more than just an hour and a half away I could be traveling from the surrounding states. Wow

Was an easy way to get my veins treated. Not a fun procedure but USA Vein Clinics made it as pleasant as possible. They were concerned about my comfort throughout the procedure. They answered all my questions.

All staff are courteous polite and very helpful. Always greeted with a smile and they ask how are today. The office and service areas are always clean and neat. When leave you get your next appointment with the greeting to have a nice day and a great week. Thanks USA Vein Clinics for an excellent experience..
