The nurse and staff at the desk were super helpful. Unfortunately the doctor did not listen at all and I had to repeat myself multiple times and debate my care with him. He was not at all interested in what was wrong with me. He made decisions and listened to nothing at all. I will never go there again.

Kind and attentive staff. Scheduled an appointment and was seen promptly. Everything was clean and orderly; had a very good experience overall, outside being sick.

Do NOT make an appointment, no matter what they tell you over the phone. They do not care what your appointment time is and you will be waiting with everyone else there. If you need to go, just go and you will be seen eventually. Edit - my response to them: no I'm not going to do that. I did not have a particularly bad experience with the service here. Just that I was told to make an appointment instead of being told to come in, made one for 10:20 thinking that meant I would be seen at 10:20 and waited to come in until my appointment. When I arrived I was told that others who were walk-ins would be seen before me regardless of appointment time. I was seen at 11:40. So I should have just arrived at 9 which I could have done. I was lied to over the phone, so I reiterate: do NOT make an appointment, just go. Either way you will be seen when they are good and ready to see you no matter what you do.

Great staff and great service. Sometimes you need to wait, but it's a walk in clinic so that is to be expected. I would return, and I would recommend it to a friend.

I was helped quickly. From the person at the main desk, to the Dr. (or NP) I met with were awesome! They were welcoming and professional. They made me comfortable, listened to me, and gave effective prescriptions which were immediately sent to my pharmacy. The building was clean and lighting was gentle to my eyes (which were hurting and hypersensitive). This is a great first stop for medical care!
