I need therapy for the therapy I get here.
Went for medical appointment with my son . Kelly the Nurse Practitioner was great. I was impressed that she didn’t push my son into getting vax. It was refreshing. Mike my son has had her as his NP for many years and I know why. Thank you Kelly for being there for him. ♥️👍
gardner dental office everyone there doing an amazing job great customer service great assistance and big thanks for doctor / Austin & doctor / Schuhknecht .
Its a nice place
I can never get in to see My PCP. Even when they do schedule an appointment with her more than half the time the call and cancel pr reschedule it. I am still waiting for them to reschedule my physical that I was supposed to have last year. They take forever to send referrals to specialists when you need them. I recently had an emergency and needed a follow up visit. First they scheduled me with someone then they called and tried to push it up a day I had to beg them not to due to the excruciating pain I'm in so the scheduled it with another provider later that day. Then I needed to see my OBGYN but need a referral for insurance purposes and it's been almost week and still nothing. I'm very disappointed in this practice but nobody else in town is accepting new patients so I'm stuck.
I actually left Community Health connections because of the constant problems I had there. 1. Dental failed me. LONG story, but the worst part was when I had a meeting and the Head of Dentistry told me good thing There's a pandemic so the mask could cover my missing tooth. Jeez, such a lack of class. It shows in their online ratings too. The PA's were great (except one dictator). My problem, and why I moved on, was because there were NO MALE DOCTORS I could confide in for male issues. Another problem was THREE TIMES I went to behavioral health and three times I was left hanging. NO HELP, and at the time I REALLY could have used it. Depressing they are as uncaring and unsympathetic as the head of Dental. One bright spot was always Optometry. THEY were AMAZING!!! The PA's were too, for the most part. Also the Dr. that fixed my Back :) Awesome. But finally, one of the WORST things was trying to get anything done. The phone system is HORRENDOUS!!! It was WAY better when we could call the Gardner office directly. I have screenshots of being on hold over 1/2 hour MID AFTERNOON. Even if you could get through, it was only to find that the person you needed to see wasn't going to be in for DAYS! And forget about getting NEEDED meds on time. Missing Anxiety meds is not fun. PANIC ATTACKS are NOT FUN!!! One last complaint is the online Portal. The OLD one was organized, but the one I used last looked like it was programmed by a 12 year old. TERRIBLE Database design and sorting. I mean, I can't relay how bad it is. I wrote Databases in the past, and this thing is TOTAL CRAP. No organization. NO sorting capability. I doubt it's even in use. It makes me thing someone is getting a kickback from using that useless crap. It's too bad there's so much going wrong there, because there are MANY wonderful people working there, but it seems whoever is running the place is TOTALLY CLUELESS!!!
All I am going to say is Dr. Cohen at CHC Dental in Gardner is the BEST dentist I’ve literally ever had!!! I have the WORST anxiety when it comes to dental work and he’s so gentle and makes you feel so very comfortable... Extraction today so fingers crossed I get no dry socket like I did last time...
The dental staff here at Gardner CHC is TOP NOTCH!! I’ve never had a bad experience any of the various times I’ve come here over the years...they are friendly, kind, detail oriented and just all around superb☺️💪🙌👌✌️🤘
Wouldn't trust this place, their nurse practitioner, Cassie Short ,shares privet info with people and violates HIPAA. The level of care is Atrocious. I've had to fight them to do anything.
I don't know about the other guys review abuse comes from human nature, God has nothing to do with it...Dr.Houde has been my Primary Care Physician for over 15 years, she's very intelligent and up to date on all new ailments and drugs...Best thing I like about her is that she knows her limitations....if your having an issue, better suited for a specialist...within 2 weeks max, you'll have an appointment setup with that particular specialist...I've been to about 6 different ones and I'd give them all 5 stars...She also teaches at UMass Medical...As far as the Behavioral Health Department, I can agree with George...there were councilors that just sat there and had you fill out the same questionnaire month after month...Then I switched to David Oikimos...who was AMAZING....he brought my issues to the surface...I found out that a lot of my behavior was due to an undiagnosed case of Severe PTSD, when I was a Firefighter in Athol and witnessed unspeakable horrors...I had that built up inside me for years..Sorry to say that David retired...But the psychiatrist who leads the department is Dr.Osbourne...he is incredibly gifted and has helped me tremendously...He's got a great sense of humor, is very professional and always has the right answers...DONT judge GCH because a Doctor may have accidentally put down your wrong faith...Faith is for Churches...GCH is for medical...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
