Dr. Branton is everything you would expect in a doctor of his specialty. He is certified in multiple fields,extremely knowledgeable in cutting edge pain management,a very good listener,accommodating to the patients needs etc. I would recommend him to anyone with confidence and his staff is second to none. An asset to the community.

I was seen at the Lahey Outpatient Center in Danvers, MA for neck pain. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Branton listened to my pain symptoms and ordered a MRI. I received physical therapy and neck injections which resolved my pain. I highly recommend Dr. Branton and the entire staff at this pain center.

Dr. Branton was very kind and caring during my consult. I have a complicated lower back history with several surgeries. Dr. Branton suggest steroid injections to help alleviate some current pain I was having. Dr. Branton made me feel at ease during my injections he was extremely gentle and caring. The office as a whole is excellent. The front end staff is phenomenal.

Dr. Branton treated my PHN pain in Sept. 2019 with an Throracic Epidural Steroid Injection and I have been pain free since then. Procedure was painless and he is professional. I would recommend him. Staff and front desk are very helpful and friendly.

The worst no follow-up office staff doesn't care if you're in pain you better go elsewhere. They just want the money for the injections and if they don't work they don't want to talk to you. I would not put my life in this doctor's hands he should not be practicing

No follow-up care the office is a mess with no backup don't expect a call back if you have a problem. Barbara the manager is awful. You'll spend months spinning your wheels with awful care. This place needs to be shut down If you have a problem after injection they tell you they'll call you back and never do

No compassion and wasted a week of my time finding a doctor that would be. Had all my records transfered as my insurance changed. I had explained my entire situation to the office manager including how I was on Pain medication. Never told me that it was an issue and that they don’t prescribe or monitor. When all records transferred called to make an appointment. The manager told me “we have all your records and the doctor said there’s nothing he can do for you”. Why?? Then why not tell me this from the very beginning? All The other pain managers who will not prescribe told me up front they won’t do it so why did they not tell me from the beginning so I could move on to the next Doctor on my insurance list. So inconsiderate. Who would want to deal with a doctor who hasn’t even the ability to realize the situation you’re in and be upfront with you from your first call so I dont waste anymore of my precious time? So that said I would NOT recommend this pain management doctor

Amazing! Couldn’t walk before Dr. Branton did his procedure on my back and the pain was gone! Highly recommend this gifted and talented surgeon.

Dont miss a appointment even if you have a family emergency, like rushing your 4 year old to the ER, THEY DONT care how much pain your in, they don't care if you even offer to pay out of pocket for your missed FOLLOW UP appointment... Very poor I'm disgusted I was a patient for almost two years and then kicked to the curb!!!!

Everyone is so pleasant, they make u feel so relaxed. Dr. BRANTON is a professional with a great personality. This is the second procedure I have had with Dr.Branton. Two years ago on my neck, no problems since👍😃 I have had two injections in my back, so far so good! He knows what he is doing that's for sure. If you have any questions Dr. Branton is there to answer them. His staff is GREAT!!!!!!! 5 stars I would recommend Dr Branton to anyone😁 see you all next month😁😁😁😁😁😁
