I came here because my original primary care physician left their office and I needed to find a new one. I won't mention the physician by name but they ordered blood tests for me that without my knowledge cost $2,600. Insurance only covered $1,000 of that and the rest I'm left to pay out of pocket. I've tried numerous times calling and Meredith who directs the office literally has dodged my phone call and says that I am responsible for the bill. Obviously I would have never consented to pay that much money for some blood work. I canceled all future appointments and will find a new primary care office. Genuinely disappointed in the system, there should be some way to let a patient know before they receive surprise bills.

I don't understand, how, if you get a referral to this place,--they don't call you and tell you it could be months to see someone. I don't mind making an appointment for three months in advance. Just call me and tell me the deal. So I'm aware of what is going on. If my problem was worse... I could then get my primary to send me somewhere else. I haven't received care yet but this seems like a strange lack of regard for my Dr referral.

Horrible experience. Trying for 10 days to get an rx filled with No response. Had previous experience When I wasbincredible pain And could not walk to get in A car to go to er. Multiple Calls Went unanswered while I was Tormented in severe pain. They let me go for a full day With no response...and could Not care less that I was in agony. Agony.

I have a wonderful Internist, Dr. Holub, at East Mountain Medical. He is focused entirely on the patient and does not let anything lay dormant. As a Senior, I much appreciate Dr. Holub and feel safe with him.
