Aaron Fay's Online Review Report Card

The doc showed up in his bedroom slippers and sloppy pony tail. Had no interest in discussing my condition. He typed up a report and said absolutely nothing to me, except, 'what can I say, we all look different'. I wouldn't take my dog to him. He is supposedly an excellent surgeon, I wouldn't bet on it. Overall, uncaring, lazy, and indifferent.

I'd give no stars if possible. Waste of time, Dr. Fay was not concerned at all about me and 'my problems'. He didn't know anything about a different Dr. that he referred me to. He said, 'he didn't know what was in his tool box. Arrogant, unconcerned, didn't explain anything. I had to look at the office notes to find out what he 'thought'. What a disappointment!!!!

I had eyelid surgery with Dr. Fay. I had only light anesthesia, so I was able to hear him throughout my surgery talk about his next case in the other room. He was so distracted and not focusing on ME, that my eyes are now asymmetrical. I followed up with the head of the dept who agreed that my eyes are noticeably uneven. She offered to redo the surgery, but I am too apprehensive, afraid things could get worse. I DO NOT recommend Dr. Fay and was disgusted by his cocky attitude. He even took a personal phone call during my follow up appt!

I was fortunate to have Dr Fay for my cataract surgery and he was just wonderful. He explained the procedure in detail and was very easy to talk to. My vision is great after surgery and I wouldn’t have any other eye surgeon than Dr Aaron Fay. He’s the best in his field

I needed cataract surgery and was fortunate to have Dr Aaron Fay perform my surgery. He was very kind and professional, explaining procedure in detail. The surgery went great and my vision has dramatically improved. He’s the best in his field. Couldn’t be happier with my vision

My son developed a vascular hemangioma on his eyelid when he was a couple weeks old. Local doctors told me all we could do was take oral steroids and hope it didn’t grow to much and his was most likely going to lose his vision in at least one eye. We found Dr Fay thru the vascular birthmark foundation. We were able to get an appointment quickly and on the day we went for our initial visit he even performed a steroid injections into the growth. Since my son was only a couple months old this was a procedure where he had to be put under and in an operating room. He then got us scheduled for his surgery within a couple weeks. His work was amazing. My son lost no vision and unless you know to look at it you can’t even see the scar. He was busy and to the point when we met but I was fine with it. I have no doubt he cared about my sons treatment and I was looking for someone to save my kids vision not hold my hand. I don’t mind a little bit of arrogance when it is backed up with amazing work! Highly recommended if you need a good doctor!

My experiences with Dr Fay have excellent !!!! I have had 3 eye procedures proformed by Dr Fay all of which were successful. I have genetic eye muscle condition that requires surgery do to there weakness . He also referred me to top Drs when it was found I had cancer , this years 4 years ago I am cancer free now. He really cares about his patients !!!!

Sentia algo en mi ojo,el me atendio muy bien.Me hablo, me explico que pasaba dentro de mi ojo derecho,en espanol se llama cuerpos flotantes...diminutos trocitos de sustancia gelatinosa....(flies floating in my eyes).Estaba preocupada pero gracias a el todo bien.

Dr. Fay was fantastic to work with, as was his surgical coordinator Kate. She made sure that everything was set up with the hospitals and insurance. Dr. Fay made sure to keep us in the loop, even coming out before starting surgery to explain his thoughts on dissolvable vs. not stitches, so that we could make the decision with him. He was very sweet towards my 1 year old daughter and took care of the hemangioma on her eyelid beautifully.
