Anna Bingham's Online Review Report Card

I've been going to Dr. Bingham for a few years now. She is professional, personable, and informative. Recently I had some concerning symptoms, and after examining me she sent me immediately for an MRI and CT scan. A high-risk brain aneurysm was found and I was referred to Baystate Neurology, where the aneurysm was successfully treated. It is not an exaggeration to say that Dr. Bingham's assessment and quick referral saved my life.

Every time I have an appointment either at the office or virtual, all my questions and concerns are addressed with compassion and knowledge. Anna is a wonderful doctor who listens and figures out the best way to move forward with treatment. Thank you Anna.

Though Anna is very caring and has been educated at a very credible school, there are a lot of reasons I'm choosing another doctor. I have felt unheard and disrespected more than once. She has missed a lot of key opportunities to help me when I was unwell and vulnerable. Recently she wanted me to get a lab done and didn't send the lab over nor mention the lab in her notes. Though I respect her as a person I would recommend finding a doctor who can be more empathetic and respectful, one to be trustworthy and dependable. Maybe with more practice she will get better.

She does an amazing job. She doesnt make you wait long and is very attentive. She asks lots of questions to gauge properly how your child is doing. Highly recommend.

Yes I I have had two medical visits with Dr. Bingham. I find her very kind caring and educated. She takes time and makes you feel comfortable I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family

I love Dr. Bingham she really helped me when I was having a rough time she sits and takes the time to talk to me. I trust her and will go back.

Plan rude, unpleasant. I went back to a doctor on Worcester. I would never recommend her to anyone. She had zero knowledge of my health condition and why I was on the medication I was taking for my medical condition.

Dr. Bingham didn't listen to a word I said. Her recommendation for treating me was exactly what I had been doing that wasn't working. I cannot go back to her.

Not attentive, always seems in a rush to be done with the appointment, won't return phone calls. Not happy with her bed side manner at all.

Can't help but think her office staff wrote 2 of those reviews as no town listed this Dr is rude asks way to many invasive personal questions not medical related made our child feel bad about school grades etc not every kid is a straight a student .the worst pediatrician we ever had sad to say looking for a knew.also insits on certain shots which is the parents right just arrogant and our opinion does not know how to interact with child at child level.
