I was very disappointed in my visit with Dr. Ying, as he was highly recommended by others. This was during covid. Masks were required by staff and patients, but Dr. Ying was not wearing one. He saw me for a few minutes- my first visit- and told me that I needed two surgeries on each eye, but did not seem interested in answering my questions about the surgeries. He was sitting on the very edge of his chair, jiggling his leg as if he couldn't wait to get out of there. I have since seen another doctor who did extensive testing and determined that, while I might need surgery in the future, it was not needed or advisable right now. I will not be returning to Dr. Ying.

He is a very competent opthomologist. I lost most of my sight and he has worked mightily to bring some back and preserve what little I have. I had to take travel and saw 2 other opthomologists to keep up with my treatment schedule and both said I had had excellent treatment with Dr Ying.
