I’m sorry but Dr Gal has little compassion for patients whose body may react differently from her usual patients. I have been in bed with ice on my eyes for three weeks solid and in great discomfort. Before she even asked what my concerns were she gave me a verbal slashing that I was not following her instructions and insinuated that I had just smeared the medication on my eyelids before seeing her. I’m sorry to see someone in her situation not to any true sincere feelings for her clients.
