My husband made an appt to see Dr. Goodman to get a prescription for some medication. After waiting over 3 weeks to see the doctor specifically when he arrived at his appt he actually ended up seeing a nurse practitioner who couldnt prescribe the medication and who offered to set up another appt read another visit means another copay. Apparently Dr. Goodman didnt want to see patients because of the virus. What a complete waste of time and money. Why not call patients and tell them that he isnt available? More importantly what kind of doctor delegates his patients to his staff and protects himself? She did however offer to test him for the virus because he had a slight cough. Its been well over a week and still no results no proactive follow up. Disgraceful on so many levels. In this day where there so many health workers putting their lives on the line Dr. Goodman and his office gives the profession a bad name.

I saw Dr. Goodman for the first time today. He was friendly knowledgeable attentive. After having been poopooed blown off by other doctors I finally feel validated that my pain is real. I’ve been suffering with arthritis in my hands for years and he was in awe that I’ve dealt with it for so long. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone suffering from arthritis pain.

DR. GOODMAN IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND IS A KIND MAN. HE CALLED TO CHECK UP ON ME SEVERAL TIMES AND HAD ME COME IN ON A REGULAR BASIS AS HE WAS TREATING ME FOR A BAD CASE OF LYME. IT WAS EASY TO GET APPOINTMENTS ALTHOUGH FOR NEW PATIENTS IT MAY TAKE A COUPLE OF MONTHS TO GET IN.

Dr. Goodman takes the time to talk and listen to you and I have been happy with him as a doctor. My problem is how the office is run you will feel like a number. The appointments are scheduled so tightly that if you need to get in to see someone quickly dont bother calling since theyve consistently told me over the 2 years there the next appointment is 1 week away and if I require medical attention to go to a urgent care or minute clinic. Im moving on.
