Have had appointments consistently cancelled due to schedule change by the Dr. then notified by mail so that I can wait on hold to reschedule. Patient care has been lost in our medical system. Thank you Federal government for the mess you made.

I've been calling for 2 weeks and no one answers the phone, think it's time for a new doctor's office.

For 3 years I haven’t been able to get in to see my doctor for being sick. THREE years. They video call me, dismiss me with a quick guessed diagnosis without seeing me and send me on my way with antibiotics that work temporarily until the problem comes back and then the same song and dance all over again. I spend more time in urgent care than the place I’m supposed to be a patient. Who am I supposed to see if I’m sick if I can’t see my own doctor?

I had a doctor's appointment at 9 o'clock in the morning on a Monday it's now here wednesday I had X rays done the doctor said she will let me know the results I still haven't heard anything and on top of all this i have a prescription which I still have not received.

I love this practice. I see Theresa Lind, APRN, who is amazing. She listen, she cares, and she gives me the time I need. I also see Andrew Fay, MD. He's wonderful as well.

At one time because I like my Primary Care MD I would say I liked the care received here. Now...you are simply a copay. I believe that Baystate as a company expects them to see too many patients in one day.
