My previous provider left the practice in May. It's October and not only have I not been assigned a new provider, I'm now not receiving any calls back for referrals I need to see other doctors or requests for information on who my new provider will be. My next calls will be to my insurance company and the state medical board to report them for medical negligence. I don't expect much from a post-Covid healthcare system, but complete disregard for patients seems a bit excessive.
I've been trying to call for a prescription refill since yesterday and no one has returned my calls. This is very unlike this place. Usually when I call in the morning afternoon or early evening someone picks up. The prescription refill line is not working or something. Please fix this issue or you can continue to lose good patients.
Everybody at the front desk is so nice! I've also had great experiences with both doctors I have seen so far. I went from Holyoke Medical Center to this office and the difference is mind blowing. Both doctors I have seen (Tania Visnaskas Menz and Danielle E O'Banion) have been PHENOMENAL. They actually listen to what I have to say and make me feel comfortable. They are clear with treatment plans, and what the problem is in the first place. Can't recommend this office enough!
Why do I get put on hold for extended periods of time and then get hung up on? It's been a recurring issue amongst many. Honestly disappointed with how this practice is run the past year or two.
I have received care from a physician at this practice for over 40 years. The quality of her care deteriorated into lackadaisical whimsical performance before her retirement. Not unexpectedly, she failed to transfer me to a suitable physician and now I discover that I do not have a doctor when she leaves. OMG! I desperately scheduled several appointments with different doctors in hopes of finding a physician on my own within the practice. The only doctor I met who is truly outstanding is Dr. Emily Marsters. She is wonderful and as one would expect, booked solid and cannot accept new patients. The other physicians in the practice are mediocre, at best. All are full and not taking new patients. I will admit that I am bitter following my experience but if you are searching for quality care, I would urge you to seek quality medical care elsewhere.
Not impressed, very hard to get through to a front desk representative. Called for an appointment in October with ANY doctor. Couldn't get an appointment until the end of January. I totally understand that most places are booking out a reasonable time, but still odd that they're publicizing that doctors are accepting new clients if they're booking out that far.
Absolutely crazy. Have had a growth that has been causing a lot of pain for me, made an appointment to be seen, and was kicked out the appointment because I coughed. Seriously. Explained to them that I had a runny nose that only started today and that wasn’t the reason for me to be there. And was immediately kicked out. So much for the Doctors Oath huh? What happened to helping the sick? Caring for the weak?
Very rude front desk staff (young kid with a diamond piercing). When bringing up an issue to him, he didn’t seem to care, have any goodwill, or even bother to look at me. Yes, he didn’t even look at me. I felt disrespected as soon as i walked into this office. A receptionist is the face of a company. This kid showed no customer service skills and immediately made me unhappy with my visit.
To believe that I was one of this practices first clients when they started on River Road in Hadley to where it has become now it is disgraceful how bad this place has become. The doctor tells you to come to the clinic in the morning then the nurse tells you I'm sorry he's full twice in one week I will never be back to this office again.
I have seen Dr. Emily Marsters for about a year or two and she listens, asks questions and is hands on during the appt. I will be going for an xray and ultrasound to find out what maybe wrong. So far so good

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
