I got there for my 7:45 appt.right place right time and I was told you have no appts this morning nor any in the future and mind you I scheduled appts for two months starting with this one @7:45 am with a receptionist through Cooley and I got there and I had no appts period that were even scheduled.i got the reminder notice and I had it all in my phone too in my calendar. Do not go to this place do not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been in pain with the muscle knot on my back for almost a month and this really just pissed me off. Worst luck ever to this place on 380 Russel street behind Wendy’s in Hadly mass

I consider myself so fortunate to have worked with Dennis Mathewson when I was suffering from post concussive syndrome after my bicycle accident in 2021. I learned so much from Dennis, got much stronger and healed much better because of his expert care. I highly recommend seeing Dennis if you are suffering from a concussion. He’s very knowledgeable, caring and competent.

I highly recommend them The place is very clean. They’re very caring the very prompt and very helpful. I’m not completely cured, but I’m in a lot better shape because of them my physical therapist did a great job.

Amy is awesome and has gone above and beyond in my care while doing PT with her. Has even checked my BP and spoke with my PCP to notify her of some issues which she totally didn't have to do. She always adjusts my care when needed on days when I am struggling. She's truly great at what she does.

Since you don't answer your phone I'm contacting you via this review. I was told TWICE that I would receive a call back to discuss whether or not PT was needed in my case. Nobody ever called and so I canceled my appointment. I get a call to please call back to confirm the cancelation, so I do, and it just rings and rings and rings. Next appointment I cancel, I get a call to call back and confirm the cancelation, so I do, and it just rings and rings and rings. AGAIN. Stop asking me to call you and cancel the rest of my appointments.

My orthopedist ordered a series of appointments for chronic middle back pain. By the second session the therapist concluded there was nothing that could be done. There was no real analysis of cause. Since then I've moved to another PT group which did a systematic assessment of causes and applied a combination of focused exercise, ultrasound and massage. Progress is being made. Cooley PT did none of this. A waste of time.
