Medexpress Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kealy and her assistant Rachel were absolute angels. I was seen very quickly and efficiently. They looked at my problem, which might i add was of delicate nature. They weren't dismissive of my complaints and suspicions. They were very compassionate too, which is really rare in my experience with Healthcare. I feel really reassured after being seen here.

There's a warm place in hell for the owners and administrators of this company. They don't care about patients, they don't care about staff, all they care about is money. Also wait times are horrendous. If someone can't see you within 15 minutes I suggest you take your business elsewhere. And in some cases they'll make you wait hours only to tell you to go to the ER.

DO NOT GO HERE. Unless your issue is really obvious they will do nothing to help you, they have 0 compassion and we’re so rude to me as I was sitting there so sick and were rude when I asked for a covid test. They suggested I go drink tea and didn’t even bother to diagnose me. SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT GO HERE

I brought my 9 year old in pain here on a Sunday afternoon. Wonderful reception, kindest doctor, efficient and quick diagnosis and prescription immediately provided.

We came in on Christmas Eve at 8am when my mom came down with a sudden respiratory illness. She was seen promptly, given a thorough diagnosis, and we were on our way within 40 minutes. We’re very thankful that this place was open today and gave us the info we needed!

Hospital four hours to not see anyone in emergency room. Med Express 45 minutes.

My intent on going to MedExpress Urgent Care was only to get a Covid PCR as well as an antigen test. I had called ahead, was told the tests were covered by my Medicare Senior plan. I was then instructed on how to proceed when I got there. So far so good. The nurse/or technician I saw was very friendly and professional. However, before I knew it I was asked to sign a paper giving permission for video exams with doctors. I did sign for future visits if this was needed but before I knew it I was having a televisit with a doctor. I DID NOT ask for this and I did not go to urgent care for such a visit. When I asked why the televisits I was told they were doing away with all on site physician care at this particular MedExpress and only televisits were going to be available. This IS NOT the same as actually seeing a physician. I checked my account and it looks like I am going to to be charged for this doctor exam. I only went to this MedExpress Urgent Care for the Covid tests. I'm furious that what was being done wasn't explained clearly. Otherwise I would have refused to sign any paperwork and not had a doctor "visit". I will never go to this clinic again. A very disappointed, Ed LeSage

I don't know why i got this email or asked to submit a review. Perhaps it was my twin brother who came to this visit. Med express thought it was me. To be honest, I don't remember the last time I came to this place for a visit. Not only Med Express, but local doctor offices, pharmacies, or other health care entities keep making the same mistakes all the time. I was just wondering, but did Medexpress ask for an I.D. or verify who they served. Hopefully, I was not charged for this visit. Thank you.

The entire experience was exceptional, from check in, to doctor visit, to check out. I would definitely recommend.

Haven’t been in since before COVID so not really sure why I’m being asked to do this now. The times I could have used the service over the last year fir non-COVID matters, the Hadley location was closed! This is a great & much needed service to the community, hope the medical profession gets back on track
